The DH2500-200T super-large wind power flat-top tower crane produced by Dahan Technology was successfully lifted for the first time in Hebei, China. It precisely completed the hoisting of the wind turbine tower and nacelle, and was positioned in one go, demonstrating outstanding performance. 

As the wind power industry moves towards taller towers and larger megawatt ratings, the demand for ultra-high and ultra-heavy lifting operations is constantly increasing. DH2500-200T has a rated torque of 2500 ton-meters, a maximum lifting capacity of 200 tons, and a maximum height of up to 280 meters. It can independently complete the hoisting of wind turbines without the need for auxiliary outrigger devices, perfectly adapting to wind turbines with a capacity of 15 megawatts and above. It can handle complex working conditions from ultra-high towers to nacelles and blades with ease. 

Safety is the core of large-scale wind turbine hoisting. The DH2500 has industry-leading wind resistance performance, with a maximum working wind speed of up to 20 meters per second. Equipped with millimeter-level precise micro-motion control, it can achieve stable hoisting in strong winds and precise operations at high altitudes. It remains stable and reliable even in complex environments. 

High reliability configuration leads to higher efficiency. The four major mechanisms of the entire machine adopt international brands and are combined with a digital intelligent control system to achieve precise lifting. The single wind turbine lifting cycle can be shortened by up to 30%, making the construction faster, more stable and more efficient. 

Meanwhile, the equipment has a smaller footprint, requiring only 1,200 square meters of working space, and can adapt to complex scenarios such as mountains, hills, and farmlands, significantly reducing construction costs. 

In terms of transfer efficiency, Dahan Technology has also achieved the highest level. The equipment is designed in a modular way. The initial installation takes 12 hours, the lifting process takes 9 hours, and the rapid dismantling and transfer takes 24 hours. The average transfer cycle is only 4 days.
